- Project details. To create renders within the shortest possible term, we need the next information: drawings, sketches, plans, materials, styling, mood boards, references, and any other information regarding the project
- Deliverables. Preferred size, file format, and amount of images/ animations needed

What files do i need to start the project?
You can send us any type of files for your project: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, mood boards, sketches, PDFs, photo references, or anything else you have. If you don’t have anything yet, we can also help design the space from scratch.
For plans and drawings, we prefer DWG/CAD or PDF files. For 3D models, we work best with .DWG, .STL, 3DS, .DAE, .DXF, .FBX, or .OBJ formats.
The more detail you provide, the closer our first draft will be to your vision for the final design.
do you do the design?
Yes, we can create a custom conceptual design for your space. Our 3D artists are architects or designers by training, ensuring that every design is both visually compelling and grounded in a strong architectural foundation.
Is my data safe with you?
We guarantee the security and confidentiality of your company and project information, ensuring it is not shared with third parties. We typically sign an NDA before starting each project. While we strive to create portfolio-worthy renders, we reserve the right to share the work on our social channels with your consent. We would also appreciate a mention of Eight if the render is published by the client.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time largely depends on the project's scale. Generally, the standard turnaround time for an architectural rendering project of 1 render to 4 renders is 2-3 weeks, including revisions. However, we are always willing to discuss this time frame if a deadline is sooner.
If you would like to know the delivery time of your project please send us your brief. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
What if i need renders urgently?
Our standard turnaround time for detailed renders typically starts from 14 business days. However, if you need renders sooner, please send s your project brief, and we will do our best to expedite your request. An expedited service may incur an additional fee.
What is the Revision Policy?
Our revision policy includes a specified number of revisions within the project scope (typically 2-3). If additional revisions are required beyond this, they may incur extra charges.
Can I Request Changes After the Final Render is Delivered?
Yes, you can request changes after the final render is delivered. However, changes requested after final delivery may be subject to additional fees based on the complexity and extent of the changes.
Do You Provide Animation Services?
Yes, we offer animation services in addition to still renders. If you are interested in animated visualizations, please include this in your project brief or contact us at hi@eightstation.com for more details.
What Formats Will I Receive the Final Render In?
We deliver the final renders in the formats specified by you in the project brief. Common formats include JPEG, PNG, and TIFF for images, and MP4 or MOV for animations. If you need a specific format, please let us know in advance.
Can You Work with Existing 3D Models?
Yes, we can work with your existing 3D models. Please provide them in one of our preferred formats: DWG, STL, 3DS, DAE, DXF, FBX, or OBJ. While we often need to re-model them to meet the high level of detail required for our renderings, we’re happy to take a look and see if they can be used as-is for your project.
