Arden at Royal Bay
Arden at Royal Bay is a purpose-built rental community in Colwood, BC, part of the Royal Bay master-planned neighbourhood. Residences above ground-floor retail, with a clubhouse featuring fitness centre, sauna, lounge, and community kitchen. We created the visual package to support leasing ahead of occupancy.
The building is pet-friendly and designed for renters looking for condo-quality finishes without buying. We built that into the imagery: animals in living spaces, people using the amenities, life as it would actually look here.
West Coast palette throughout. Warm wood, soft natural light, open layouts. Studios and one-bedrooms rendered to feel move-in ready: comfortable, functional, grounded in the neighbourhood context.
