Mercedes Platz Penthouse
We were invited to reimagine a key penthouse within Berlin’s Premium development at Mercedes Platz. The residence had remained unsold, and our goal was to reveal its true potential — to bring light, emotion, and clarity to the space while expressing a balance of sophistication and personality.
Drawing on the natural daylight that floods through the panoramic windows, we designed an interior defined by calm, openness, and subtle texture. A soft, natural palette enhances the sense of space and ease. The terrace, overlooking Berlin’s skyline and landmarks, became a central feature — envisioned as an elevated outdoor living area that seamlessly connects interior and city.
Every detail was shaped with purpose. The kitchen’s recessed marble sink and integrated stone cooktop demonstrate our focus on sculptural functionality and precision. A curated mix of modern classics and vintage accents adds depth and warmth, giving the space a lived-in authenticity.

Our intention was to create more than a luxurious environment. We wanted to design a home that feels effortless, bright, and human — a place that reflects both serenity and success. Through this approach, the penthouse transforms from property into experience, from real estate into resonance.
