Crumpit Woods
Crumpit Woods is a residential development set against Squamish's dramatic ridgeline. Eight Station created a series of interior and exterior 3D renders to support presale marketing — imagery designed to capture the feeling of living with the mountains, not just near them.
The location shaped every decision. Squamish is a place where it rains often and light comes in soft. Bright, high-contrast interiors would have felt disconnected. Instead, we went the other way — light tones, natural materials, restrained warmth. Spaces that work with the weather outside, not against it.
Much of the atmosphere comes from small choices: textures, proportions, the way light falls across a surface. Floor-to-ceiling windows keep the outside present — muted light, rain on the glass, a softened landscape. The interiors slow everything down.
From open-plan living areas to quiet dining nooks, each render was composed to show how life moves through these homes. Light oak, warm neutrals, clean lines. The mountain view and the room coexist, each carrying the same sense of quiet intention.
