Kenrick Hotel

Eight Station partnered with Mera Studio Architects to bring the Kenrick Hotel’s renovation to life through visualization. Ahead of its reopening, our team produced 64 photorealistic images and a 1.5-minute animation for all of the room types and public aread. These visuals served as both a marketing tool and a unified narrative, helping the hotel pre-sell rooms and build excitement before construction was complete.
We focused on capturing the essence of the Kenrick: warm, inviting spaces where modern design meets historic character. From textured materials and timber beams to muted tones and ambient lighting, every image was designed to immerse viewers in the atmosphere of the hotel.

Our expertise in lighting and composition allowed us to overcome challenges like deep layouts and limited natural light, ensuring each render remained both realistic and engaging. By adding thoughtful touches—a record player, a board game, a glowing fireplace—we created scenes that feel lived-in and approachable, fostering trust and connection with future guests.
Through visualization, we helped the Kenrick Hotel tell its story early, offering a glimpse of its timeless character and inviting atmosphere long before opening day.

Client`s feedback
Working with Ana and the team at Eight Station was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They delivered exceptionally high-quality renderings that not only captured the vision but also played a crucial role in enabling us to begin our sales and marketing efforts while our hotel was still under construction. Now that we are officially open, we’re amazed at how accurately the renderings reflect the final space — a true testament to their attention to detail and creative expertise. Eight Station was instrumental in helping us define and visualize our brand, and we are deeply grateful for their contribution to our successful launch.
